今天在搞多语言的时候突然报错如下：

MissingManifestResourceException: Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture.  Make sure "***.Web.Language.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "***.Web" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

即：找不到适合于指定区域性或中性区域性的任何资源。确保在编译时已将“ ***。Web.Language.resources”正确地嵌入或链接到程序集“ ***。Web”中，或者确保所需的所有附属程序集均已加载并完全签名。

后来查了下，结合当前字面的意思就是把这个resx文件嵌入到项目中。即右击resx文件，选择【属性】，在【生成操作】中选择【嵌入的资源】即可。
