开启插件

注意'LineHeight' 这个字母的大小写。
在fckeditor\editor\plugins文件夹下上传LineHeight目录
在fckeditor\editor\js 上传fckeditorcode_gecko.js和fckeditorcode_ie.js
这两个js 主要是解决跳出 未知工具栏项目
